    We will be performing a routine system update on our primary account management platform to improve security, system stability, and overall performance.

    What to Expect During the Update:

    • Client Area Impact: The client area, billing portal, and support ticketing system will be temporarily unavailable. You will not be able to log in, pay invoices, or open tickets through the dashboard during this window.

    • Your Websites & Servers: All active hosting services, websites, VPS, and dedicated servers will remain completely unaffected. Your sites will stay online and fully accessible to your visitors.

    • Data & Backups: All client data, invoices, and settings are fully backed up and completely secure.

    What You Should Do:

    Recommendation: If you have urgent billing transactions or non-critical support requests, please try to complete them before the maintenance window begins.
